Applicable Users: All visitors, registered members, purchasers and users of TGV MTProto proxy services, client software and related products.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing the website, registering an account, completing payment or using our services. By registering, logging in, purchasing, installing and continuously using TGV services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and unconditionally agreed to all clauses herein, as well as the TGV GDPR-Compliant Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using our website and services immediately.
1. Service Overview
TGV provides lightweight MTProto proxy acceleration services for global users, including node connections, network optimization, client adaptation, account management and customer support. All services are limited to legal daily network access and communication optimization.
- Service forms: Web portal, client software, node configurations, subscription links, etc.
- Service type: Combined paid premium service and free trial service;
- Scope of use: Personal non-commercial legal use only.
2. Account & User Eligibility
- Users must be at least 16 years old with full legal capacity; minors shall use the service under guardian consent and supervision;
- Submit truthful and accurate information during registration. Bulk registration, malicious registration and identity theft registration are prohibited;
- Accounts, subscriptions and plan rights are for personal use only. Renting, lending, selling or public sharing is strictly forbidden;
- You are solely responsible for securing your account password, device permissions and subscription links. We shall not be liable for account theft, unauthorized usage or abnormal charges caused by user negligence.
3. Payment & Order Rules
- All pricing, duration, traffic quota and node permissions are subject to real-time display on the official website. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and service content at any time;
- No unreasonable refunds after paid service activation and node resource delivery;
- No refund or compensation for service failures caused by user violation, device failure, local network issues or third-party interception;
- All payments are processed by compliant third-party channels. TGV will not store bank cards, payment passwords or sensitive financial data;
- Malicious orders, duplicate payments, chargebacks and cash-out behaviors will result in permanent account suspension without refund.
4. Prohibited Activities
Any conduct listed below is strictly prohibited. Once verified, we reserve the right to limit speed, disconnect nodes, freeze or permanently ban your account with no refund:
- Violation of local laws, EU regulations and cybersecurity policies;
- Using our service for network attacks, crawling, spam delivery, traffic abuse or cybercrime;
- Dissemination of violent, pornographic, terrorist, infringing or illegal content;
- Cracking, reverse engineering, tampering with clients, protocols or server parameters; scanning or attacking our infrastructure;
- Commercial resale, secondary distribution, public proxy deployment and large-scale subscription sharing;
- Excessive traffic abuse, frequent abnormal connections and long-term high resource occupation affecting other users.
5. Service Stability & Liability Exclusion
- We maintain 7×24 server operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted, delay-free or fluctuation-free service;
- Temporary disconnection, latency and node replacement caused by international routing changes, carrier restrictions, regional network control, maintenance or security upgrades are normal and non-compensable;
- Scheduled maintenance, version updates and security reinforcement will be announced in advance. Short downtime shall not constitute a breach of agreement;
- We assume no joint liability for user browsing content, data leakage, business loss or indirect damages.
6. Intellectual Property
- All texts, icons, designs, codes, graphics and brand logos on TGV are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws;
- Copying, reproduction, modification, redistribution or commercial usage without written official authorization is prohibited;
- Personal content uploaded by users remains under your copyright, but must comply with legal regulations.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
All user data processing complies with the EU GDPR Privacy Policy. We adhere to data minimization, temporary storage, encryption protection and non-collection of sensitive private data.
- No real IP logging, no chat records, no browsing history, no location tracking;
- Connection logs are automatically cleared periodically with no long-term storage;
- Users may request data inquiry, export, deletion and account cancellation in accordance with GDPR regulations.
8. Service Suspension & Termination
- Users may stop using the service and cancel their accounts voluntarily;
- We may suspend or permanently terminate services for rule violations, arrears, resource abuse and illegal usage;
- In case of policy adjustment, compliance requirements or force majeure leading to service suspension, we will issue prior notice where possible.
9. Terms Revision & Updates
- TGV reserves the right to revise, supplement and update these Terms of Service at any time;
- Material changes will be published on the official website. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms;
- Please review our latest terms and privacy policy regularly.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for service interruption caused by natural disasters, war, policy restrictions, international network blockade, large-scale equipment failure or other force majeure events. Services will be restored as soon as conditions permit.
